Role Description
The Territory Sales Incharge will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to meet targets, and nurture relationships with customers in their assigned territory. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, training sales teams, and ensuring seamless execution of sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Ability to provide Training and mentoring to sales teams for improved productivity and performance.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the food industry and knowledge of the Odisha market is a plus.
