About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our Single Point Automatic Lubrication Systems across industrial sectors. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, working with channel partners, and executing marketing initiatives to expand market presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B industrial sales, especially in products such as lubrication systems, maintenance solutions, mechanical components, or related engineering equipment.

Location: Gujarat, Rajasthan & MP (with travel across assigned regions)

Industry: Industrial Products / B2B Engineering Solutions

Key Responsibility

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of single point automatic lubrication systems across assigned territories.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as:
  • Cement
  • Steel
  • Power
  • Chemicals
  • Paper
  • Mining
  • Engineering & manufacturing
  • Conduct plant visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
  • Convert manual lubrication points into automatic lubrication solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Maintenance heads
  • Plant managers
  • Purchase teams
  • Manage existing customers and generate repeat business through cartridge and system sales.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute product promotions, technical seminars, and customer awareness programs.
  • Support digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and technical events.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for successful project execution.
  • Track competitor activities and pricing strategies.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and annual sales revenue
  • New customer acquisition
  • Conversion rate from trials to orders
  • Channel partner revenue contribution
  • Repeat business

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

  • 810 years in industrial B2B sales (Valves, AODD Pumps, Bearings, Seals etc)
  • Experience in one or more:

A. Lubrication systems

B. Industrial consumables

C. Mechanical components

D. Maintenance or reliability solutions

Required Skills

  • Strong technical sales aptitude
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Relationship-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently in field sales
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
