Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Frontline / Last-Mile Sales)

Location: Across all Taluks in Tamil Nadu & Puducherry

Hiring Scale: 320+ Positions (1 per Taluk – Phase 1 Expansion)

Role Objective

Drive last-mile customer acquisition through aggressive field sales activities including door-to-door selling, local campaigns, and stall activations, contributing directly to Skyplay's target of 1 Lakh subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition (Core KPI)

  • Execute door-to-door sales in assigned territory
  • Generate daily activations/subscriptions
  • Convert walk-ins and leads from campaigns into paying customers

2. Field Activities & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute:
  • Street campaigns
  • Kiosk/Stall activities
  • Society/Area activations
  • Ensure high visibility branding in local areas

3. Territory Ownership

  • Handle end-to-end sales responsibility for assigned Taluk
  • Identify high-potential areas for expansion
  • Maintain daily beat plan and coverage tracking

4. Partner & Local Network Support

  • Coordinate with local partners/distributors
  • Support partner-driven sales and activations
  • Ensure alignment with local demand generation

5. Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
  • Update leads, visits, and activations in system (Trackwick or relevant tools)
  • Maintain discipline in reporting and activity closure

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 2–5 years in field sales (Telecom / Broadband / DTH / IPTV preferred)
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Language: Tamil (mandatory), basic English preferred
  • Must Have:Two-wheeler & valid license
  • Willingness for intensive field work
