Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive based in Patna. The Area Sales Executive will oversee and manage the sales operations in a designated territory, drive revenue growth, and develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. The role includes fostering new business opportunities, executing marketing and sales plans, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the executive will monitor market trends and competitor activities to contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Understanding of market analysis, reporting, and strategy execution
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in managing distribution networks and dealer relationships
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in paints/consumer goods, is an advantage
