Key Responsibilities
Product Validation & Application Technique Development
- Coordinate with product development and marketing teams for validation of new products.
- Conduct product validation at the painter academies using various tools and application techniques.
- Support marketing with the development of new designs, patterns, and shade customization as per PS team requirements.
Community Engagement
- Manage relationships with 100150 contractors and painters in the assigned area.
- Collect market intelligence on new product developments and arrivals.
- Support TSM PP in organizing and executing painter meets and product demos.
Product Training
- Coordinate training sessions for applicators and contractors at painter academies and on-site.
- Conduct product training for TSMs and painters on application techniques and usage.
- Maintain and evolve the training tracker for SP painters across academy and field sessions.
Complaint Handling & Technical Support
- Conduct technical inspections at customer sites covering surface preparation, work-in-progress, and post-painting phases.
- Assist TSM PS in resolving site-level complaints by offering technical solutions.
- Ensure compensation on product failures or reworks is reviewed and approved by the supervisor.
- Share product feedback and on-site observations with the R&D team for improvements.
Focus Product Establishment
- Carry out site-level product sampling and concept testing with painter communities.
- Assist TSM PP in organizing painter shop meets and technique demonstrations.
- Prepare and share trial reports with the respective ASM PA/PP for further analysis.
Reports & Trackers
- Maintain and update all relevant trackers and reports on a weekly and monthly basis:
- Product trial reports
- Complaint site reports
- Training tracker (on-site and academy)
