Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Manager based in New Delhi. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the hiring process, including recruitment planning, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, the role involves coordinating team training initiatives, ensuring high service quality standards, analyzing hiring metrics, and working collaboratively with department heads to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes efficiently.
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Service Quality standards and metrics to ensure a high level of professionalism in the hiring process.
- Experience in Training and development programs to support onboarding and employee growth.
- Additional qualifications like prior experience in human resources management, understanding of labor laws, and an MBA in HR or related discipline would be beneficial.
