Role Description

We are seeking a Territory Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad. The role involves overseeing and managing a designated territory to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and managing a team of insurance consultants, implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth within the region. Additional duties include regularly monitoring sales performance, reporting on progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent sales and business development capabilities, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional client relationships, provide effective customer service, and address customer needs proactively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to evaluate performance and drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the insurance and financial services sector, with expertise in life insurance products and market trends, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales and team objectives, is highly desirable.
