Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager/Account Manager based in Kolkata. The role involves developing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, providing IT solutions tailored to their needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and active participation in sales strategy initiatives are integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, client relationship management, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in IT solutions such as Cloud Services, Storage Solutions, Network Integration, and Enterprise Business Solutions
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of IT infrastructure management, server technologies, and backup implementation
- Willingness to work in an on-site role in Kolkata
- Previous experience in account management or sales in the IT sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
