Product Validation & Application Development
- Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams for validation activities
- Conduct product validation at training academies using various application tools and techniques
- Assist the marketing team in developing new designs, patterns, and shade customizations based on PS team requirements
Community Engagement & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with 100150 contractors and painters within the assigned area
- Gather market intelligence on new developments and product introductions
- Support TSM PP in organizing and executing painter meets and live demonstrations of new products
Product Training & Capability Building
- Coordinate with applicators and contractors for training sessions at painter academies
- Conduct product training for TSMs, painters, and SPs both at academies and on-site
- Maintain and update the training tracker regularly to monitor participation and effectiveness
Complaint Handling & Technical Support
- Perform technical inspections at customer sites including surface preparation, painting progress, and post-painting quality checks
- Assist TSM PS teams in resolving on-site complaints and technical issues
- Provide solutions to painters and the PS team for product-related challenges
- Share product feedback with the R&D team and seek supervisor approval for any compensation or rework due to product failure
Focus Product Establishment & Sampling
- Conduct site sampling and concept testing with the painter community to validate new products
- Support TSM PP in executing sampling and demonstration sessions during painter shop meets
- Document and report trial outcomes to the respective ASM PA/PP for review
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain monthly and weekly reports including:
- Product trial reports
- Complaint site inspection reports
- Training trackers (on-site and academy-based)
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation and reports
