We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, driving business growth, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform business decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software tools.
