We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, driving business growth, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform business decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software tools.
