Job Description

Job Title: Territory Business Head

Location: Muzaffarpur

Job Summary

The Territory Business Head is responsible for driving overall business performance within the assigned territory by acquiring new franchise relationships (FRs), retaining existing partners, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. The role involves full P&L ownership, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring service excellence, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Revenue Management

  • Own and manage the P&L for all branches within the assigned territory.
  • Drive revenue growth through RBD expansion, NBD support, and strong customer relationship management.
  • Conduct regular client and franchise meetings to ensure engagement, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals and manage payment follow-ups effectively.

Operational & Cost Management

  • Monitor and control operating costs across branches with defined authority.
  • Ensure service performance standards are met and take corrective actions for deviations in alignment with the Business Head.
  • Oversee escalation management and ensure timely resolution of customer and franchise issues.

Service Excellence & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and improve key operational KPIs, including:
  • Same Day Pickup/Booking & connection within cut-off
  • % FAD
  • Forward Closure within defined timelines
  • CRM closure within TAT
  • PUD CPK and CPC
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer experience.

People & Engagement

  • Ensure implementation of monthly Reward & Recognition programs within the territory.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of business goals.
  • Promote digital initiatives and adoption across branches and franchise partners.

Desired Knowledge & Experience

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or business management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the logistics industry or a related field is preferred.
