It offers solutions like visitor management, security control, maintenance billing, complaint tracking, resident communication, accounting, and home services. NBH is designed to make community living safer, easier, and fully digital for residents and management committees.
Role Description
- Handle sales and clients in assigned territory
- Visit apartments, societies, and commercial properties
- Meet committee members / decision makers
- Explain company products and services
- Give product demonstrations
- Generate new leads through field visits and calls
- Convert leads into customers
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Grow business in the assigned area
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of sales / field sales / business development experience
- Any Degree(Experienced) & MBA (Fresher)
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, MS Office
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Regional language is an added advantage
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and close sales
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Willing to work on weekends with weekday off
- Two-wheeler / travel flexibility preferred
