Job Description

  • Provide functional and technical support for the PAG Sales Reporting Team
  • Understand global BMS reports and monitor support tickets in the queue
  • Engage with global stakeholders across EMEA and AMER regions through written and verbal communication
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently using SQL queries and backend database knowledge
  • Perform backend data queries as required to support reporting and problem resolution
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take initiative to learn new tools or processes
  • Maintain excellent organization and personal effectiveness while managing tasks across multiple time zones
