Job Description

Provide functional and technical support for the PAG Sales Reporting Team
Understand global BMS reports and monitor support tickets in the queue
Engage with global stakeholders across EMEA and AMER regions through written and verbal communication
Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently using SQL queries and backend database knowledge
Perform backend data queries as required to support reporting and problem resolution
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take initiative to learn new tools or processes
Maintain excellent organization and personal effectiveness while managing tasks across multiple time zones
