Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, support, and deliver BI/Reporting applications using MicroStrategy
Perform Teradata system health checks to proactively identify issues
Optimize SQL queries and perform performance tuning on Teradata systems
Provide technical leadership for MicroStrategy tools and reporting suite
Work on Unix scripting for automation and operational tasks
Develop, code, and unit test solutions for issues raised in support teams
Analyze root causes of problems and provide workarounds or permanent fixes
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and knowledge repository
Ensure OLA/SLA commitments are met as per business agreements
Exposure to SQL-H and Teradata L1/L2 certifications is an advantage
