This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist - MEP Infrastructure located in Noida. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements. The role includes analyzing project requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating procurement strategies, and preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals. Additionally, the specialist will maintain effective communication with stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.

• Proven expertise in Tender Management, Proposal Writing, and related documentation processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate project requirements effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams
• Experience in Procurement processes, market assessment, and vendor management
• Proficient in time management and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
• Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) infrastructure projects is a plus
