Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Tendering Manager. The Tendering Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of the tendering process, including identifying relevant opportunities, preparing tender documents, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with sales and project management teams to meet strategic objectives and deliver competitive proposals. Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation for public and private projects.
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and vendor coordination for competitive quoting and documentation.
• Strong background in Sales strategies and techniques relevant to healthcare and related domains.
• Project Management skills to oversee tender-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using tender management tools and software is a plus.
• Understanding of the healthcare diagnostics market is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
