This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Manager cum Estimation Engineer based in Jamshedpur. The individual will oversee and manage tender processes, prepare bids, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and coordinate procurement tasks. They will support sales activities, align project execution plans to client requirements, and contribute to successful project delivery. Effective collaboration with project management teams and clients is a key responsibility of this role.

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation
• Understanding of Procurement processes and strategies
• Experience in Sales and client interaction
• Skills in Project Management and coordination
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is advantageous
