Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive with hands-on experience in handling government tender documentation and submissions across platforms such as GeM, e-Procurement portals, Railways, and other Central/State Government agencies. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, including document preparation, submission, coordination with internal teams, and liaison with government departments and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant tenders from platforms such as GeM, e-Procurement portals, Railways, and other government agencies.
- Evaluate tender requirements and coordinate internally for participation decisions.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents as per bid requirements.
- Ensure timely online submission of tenders with complete compliance to tender conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation including EMD, bank guarantees, certificates, and compliance documents.
- Provide complete documentation support for government departments, contractors, and EPC partners participating in tenders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required technical specifications, product details, and pricing information.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender-related queries with concerned authorities.
- Visit government departments when required for tender-related discussions or documentation.
- Manage vendor registration and empanelment processes with government departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
- Maintain updated records of all registrations, approvals, and compliance documents.
- Maintain a database of tenders submitted, results, and upcoming opportunities.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in handling government tenders and documentation.
