Job Summary

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Tendering / Estimation Executive responsible for cost estimation, quotation preparation, and client presentations for residential and commercial construction projects, with a primary focus on residential works.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimation and tendering for civil construction projects and will be capable of producing accurate, timely, and client-ready cost proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for residential and commercial projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine project costs
• Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and pricing based on materials, labor, and execution methodology
• Present and explain quotations and cost breakups to clients
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and management teams for accurate costing
• Revise estimates and quotations based on design or scope changes
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and approvals

Requirements & Skills

• 7 years of experience in estimation / tendering in civil construction
• Strong experience in residential construction projects; commercial project experience is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and rate analysis
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic estimation tools
