Are you experienced in tender management and passionate about the construction and infrastructure industry We're looking for a skilled Tender Executive to join our team in Nagpur!

If you have expertise in government and private tenders, e-tendering portals, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle government and private construction tenders.
• Manage Tender247 and various e-tendering portals.
• Prepare BOQs, technical and commercial bids, and tender documentation.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, and submission formalities.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete bid submissions.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in tender management.
• Experience in construction or civil infrastructure is preferred.
• Good knowledge of government tendering procedures and e-tendering portals.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
