Tender Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Tender Executive role based in Gurugram. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing comprehensive bid proposals, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely submission of tenders. Key duties include analyzing project requirements, maintaining documentation, creating cost estimates, and liaising with clients or vendors as needed. The role also entails supporting the sales team in bid-related communications and follow-ups.

• Possess strong knowledge of tendering processes including bid preparation, proposal writing, and document collation
• Proficiency in identifying project requirements, performing cost estimations, and analyzing tender documentation
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills for effective internal collaboration and client interactions
• Proficiency with office software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail for ensuring compliance with technical and financial criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in structural or mechanical engineering tenders will be an added advantage
