Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Delhi, India. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the tendering process, including preparing bids, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, and submitting tenders on time. The individual will analyze project requirements, track tender opportunities, maintain records, and communicate with clients, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

Identify and track new tender opportunities through online portal.

Study and analyze tender documents (technical specifications, commercial terms, BOQ, etc.) and prepare queries or clarifications as required.

Prepare and compile pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial offers in line with client requirements.

Maintain a comprehensive database of submitted tenders, pricing history, and tender outcomes.

Follow up with clients on bid status, negotiations, and post-tender clarifications.

Assist in vendor registration, prequalification processes, and documentation with government and private clients.

o Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals).

o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management software/portals.
