Tender Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents in a timely manner. The candidate will be involved in analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with internal teams, managing tender-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational and client guidelines. They will also maintain records of all tendering activities while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business objectives.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing tender documents, contracts, and proposals
• Strong analytical and research skills to comprehend and interpret tender requirements
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of compliance standards and legal aspects related to tenders is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
