Key Responsibilities:
Search and track government tenders on portals like GeM, eProcurement, and other tender websites.
Prepare and submit tender documents and bids as per requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial documents.
Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and deadlines.
Visit government departments/offices for tender-related work when required.
Follow up with clients and departments regarding tender status.
Assist the sales team in government sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA / BCom / MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Willingness to learn tender processes and government procurement systems.
Ready to travel locally for field work and client visits.
Good communication and documentation skills.
