Role Description The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, gathering requirements, and preparing accurate and compliant documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to collect technical and commercial inputs, drafting proposals, and ensuring timely submission of bids through online portals and physical channels. The role involves maintaining tender trackers, monitoring deadlines, and updating management on tender status, clarifications, and outcomes. The Tender Executive will also support post-tender activities such as negotiations, documentation follow-up, and record-keeping for audits and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in tender document preparation, bid drafting, and compliance checking, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal) to gather and validate tender inputs.
- Proficiency in using tender portals, MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and basic documentation management tools.
- Ability to analyze tender requirements, interpret terms and conditions, and prepare clear commercial and technical responses.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tenders, meet strict deadlines, and maintain systematic records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting professional correspondence and interacting with clients or authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in tendering or bid management is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM environments and an interest in technology-driven business solutions will be an added advantage.
