Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Tender Executive. The role involves identifying relevant tenders and opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines. Responsibilities also include reviewing tender documents for compliance, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring documentation accuracy to meet client requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the bidding process and prepare post-tender submissions is also a required part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender preparation, submission, and compliance evaluation
• Proficiency in document review, administrative coordination, and record-keeping
• Handle tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, and State e-Procurement platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work within deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with teams
• Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
• Analytical and organizational skills to handle documentation and contract review
• Knowledge or familiarity with drone solutions, industrial imagery domains, or associated technologies is an advantage
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background in business, management, or a related field
