Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive, based in Mukherjee Nagar. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes, including identifying opportunities, preparing tender documents, submitting bids, and maintaining records. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders and maintaining compliance with all specified requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in preparing and submitting tender documents
- Proficiency in analyzing tender opportunities and managing related documentation
- Good communication and organizational skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant educational background or a degree in business, administration, or related field
- Experience in the CATV/MATV, PON products, or network solutions industry is an advantage
