Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Tender (Service-Based Manpower)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Tender with 12 years of experience in handling service-based tenders, specifically in Security Manpower and Facility Management Services. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender processing, documentation, compliance management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and track relevant tenders through portals (GeM, CPPP, State Portals, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids for Security and Facility Management manpower services.
  • Handle complete tender documentation including eligibility criteria, EMD, BOQ, compliance sheets, and annexures.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and management teams for data collection and approvals.
  • Manage post-submission follow-ups and clarifications.
  • Maintain tender records and MIS reports.
  • Support contract finalization and work order documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Working knowledge of GeM portal and other government tender portals.
  • Strong understanding of manpower costing (security guards, supervisors, facility staff, etc.).
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour law components.
  • Good drafting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
