Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tender Executive based in Gandhinagar, The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, tracking project timelines, and liaising with internal teams for submissions. The individual will also maintain records of tender outcomes, build relationships with stakeholders, and assist in negotiations where required.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in drafting and preparing tender documents, including technical and financial proposals
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for tracking tender progress, ensuring compliance, and maintaining records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiations
• Proficiency in using tools such as GEM, Nprocure, Eprocure Microsoft Office Suite and documentation software
• Understanding of legal, contractual, and business frameworks for compliance with tender requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the EdTech sector or familiarity with STEM education is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
