Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telugu Caller, located in Gurgaon. The Telugu Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to communicate with customers in the Telugu language. Day-to-day tasks include verifying information, providing solutions to customer inquiries, assisting with query resolution, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role will require maintaining a professional and friendly tone during all conversations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Telugu fluently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Basic skills in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate customer records
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
