You will engineer, mix, and master Telugu-language audio to professional broadcast standards while ensuring authenticity and cultural nuance.

Key Responsibilities
Audio Engineering & Production
- Engineer, mix, and master Telugu audio content
- Apply noise reduction, restoration, and voice enhancement techniques
- Ensure clarity, tonal consistency, and professional mastering standards
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with producers and project managers for on-time delivery
- Provide expert recommendations on recording equipment and workflow optimization
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication across remote teams
Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Conduct detailed QA reviews to identify and correct inconsistencies
- Maintain structured documentation throughout the production lifecycle
- Ensure linguistic accuracy and culturally appropriate sound design
Technical Expertise & Innovation
- Utilize DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition, or similar
- Stay informed on emerging trends in audio engineering for Indian-language media
- Recommend process improvements and workflow enhancements
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Audio Engineer with a strong portfolio of Telugu-language projects
- Native or near-native fluency in Telugu with attention to dialectal nuance
- Expert proficiency with major DAWs and audio editing suites
- Strong problem-solving and creative sound design abilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
