We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Telugu and English Speaking Voice Process. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their careers in customer service.

Take home salary 12,700-14,000

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Telugu and English languages.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals and targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Telugu and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
