Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to prospective students
  • Explain courses, programs, and admission process
  • Convert leads into enrollments
  • Regular follow-ups and lead management
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections and close deals
  • Update CRM and maintain lead records

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge
