Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller, located in Bengaluru. The Teller will be responsible for handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. They will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all transactions while providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include cash handling, managing the cash drawer, and adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in banking or finance are a plus
• Proficiency in using banking software and computer applications
