Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and helping to increase our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the products/services offered.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and sales as set by management.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase customer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages as per requirement).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.
