Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller for Payment Follow-Up who will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending invoices, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining proper payment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make regular follow-up calls to customers for pending payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams to track outstanding invoices.
- Maintain daily records of calls, commitments, and payment updates.
- Send payment reminders and follow-up messages to clients.
- Resolve basic payment-related queries from customers.
- Ensure timely collection of dues and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in telecalling, collections, or payment follow-up.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle customers professionally and follow up consistently.
Preferred
- Experience in payment follow-up will be an advantage.
