Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing students to provide information about courses, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns. They will maintain accurate records of communication, schedule follow-ups, and foster relationships to increase enrollments. The role also involves providing updates on course offerings, promotions, and conducting soft-sell tactics aligned with the institution's values and goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Hindi
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling, with the ability to manage customer interactions professionally
  • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate call records
  • Sales and persuasion skills to promote services effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • Basic knowledge of education and competitive exam processes, particularly nursing exams, is preferred
  • Proficient in using call center software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
