Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, based in our Noida office. The Telecaller will engage with clients and prospects via phone, providing information about financial services and solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, maintaining a record of interactions, and following up with clients to address their concerns and needs. The role also involves actively building and maintaining relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Basic knowledge of financial services and sales techniques
• Ability to work with customer databases and maintain accurate records
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in customer support, telecommunication, or sales is a plus
