Vritti Solutions Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce our products and services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address customer inquiries.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Build and manage customer relationships to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling in any domain.
Graduation completed.
Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
Strong communication skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
Compensation:
Annual CTC: INR 1.8 to 2.2 Lakh (after deduction of 13 to 15K).
