Responsibilities
- An agent should communicate well with customers.
- An agent should be able to answer calls from different types of customers.
- An agent should be able to handle difficult customers effectively.
- An agent should be able to provide the most accurate information to the customer.
- Languages to be known- Hindi/Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam.
