Job Description:We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Pune and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (SMEs, corporates, financial institutions), explaining our services, and converting leads into appointments or closures.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases
- Explain Value Caprise's offerings such as Credit Rating Advisory, Debt Syndication, and other financial consultancy services
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM system with client interactions
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior team members for further discussions
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions
- Handle basic client queries and redirect to appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company
Requirements:- Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance background preferred)
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (as needed)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email etiquette
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
