Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Jaipur. The Telesales Specialist will focus on communicating with potential clients, understanding their loan and financial needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Engagement will also include providing guidance and support throughout the borrowing process, ensuring customer satisfaction at each stage.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring effective interaction and support for diverse clients
- Experience in Sales and Customer Support, with an ability to build positive relationships and achieve targets
- Training or ability to assist clients in understanding lending products and services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Proven experience in telesales or related roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is advantageous
