We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored property solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining client records, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
• Proven Sales experience to drive results and achieve targets efficiently.
• Ability to participate in or deliver Training to enhance skills and share knowledge with the team.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications for managing leads and sales records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector or related fields is a plus.
