Objective of the role: Opening is for Seven Eleven construction Pvt. Ltd.
Real Estate Tele caller drives sales by initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting property listings, and scheduling site visits. They manage lead generation, follow up on inquiries, and update CRM systems to convert leads into sales, working closely with the sales team.
This opening is for Mira- Bhayandar.
candidates from Mumbai will be preferred.
Role & responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to prospects to introduce residential or commercial projects, and handle incoming inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule property visits for potential clients with sales agents.
- Maintain and update accurate client records, interaction history, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads, answer questions regarding property features, amenities, and pricing, and assist in closing deals.
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property rates, and project details
Qualification & skills:
- Proven experience in tele calling or telemarketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic computer operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
