Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, building rapport with customers, answering product-related questions, updating customer information, and closing sales over the phone. The Telesales Specialist may also be responsible for training new hires.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Training skills
- Knowledge of agriculture and sustainability is a plus
- Fluency in local languages and English is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
