Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in the Pune District. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, delivering sales pitches, and driving product conversions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, managing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and upselling services. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and providing feedback to the management team will also be essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and articulate product or service details clearly.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
- Willingness to learn and actively participate in ongoing Training programs to enhance skills.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
