Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Pune. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential clients, provide exceptional customer service, promote and sell products/services, and address customer inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving set targets through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle client interactions effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer rapport.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, including the ability to meet targets and close deals.
  • Experience in Training and coaching team members is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to meet goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is advantageous.
