Telesales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products or services, answering customer inquiries, and addressing their concerns. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to effectively assist and address client needs
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with customers and team members
• Sales skills with the ability to pitch products and close deals
• Exposure to Training techniques to continuously improve sales performance and team collaboration
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proven track record in telesales or a customer-facing role is desirable
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher educational qualifications are a plus
