This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, building strong relationships, and efficiently presenting R Creations services to meet client needs. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, handling customer concerns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The Specialist will also participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and selling capabilities.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in Sales and meeting performance targets
• Eagerness to learn and participate in ongoing Training programs
• Ability to remain organized and maintain detailed customer records
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
