This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist located in Hyderabad, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and from home. The Telesales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, promote real estate services, and drive sales growth through effective communication. Responsibilities include identifying leads, presenting tailored property investment opportunities, handling client inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure excellent client interactions and satisfaction.
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and present offerings clearly.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Training and coaching to continuously improve sales performance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-driven role is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Hyderabad and international real estate markets is a plus.
